Rebsorten: Chardonnay, Pinot Nero

Vinification:

Sorgfältig ausgewählte Chardonnay- und Pinot-Noir-Trauben. Mindestens ein Viertel des Weins reift sieben Monate in kleinen Eichenfässern. Anschließend ruht er 48 Monate auf der Hefe.

Tasting note:

Feine Perlage trägt Aromen von Zitrusfrüchten, weissem Pfirsich und dezenten Brioche-Noten. Die Struktur wirkt präzise und ausgewogen, mit frischer Säure, eleganter Textur und einem klaren, anhaltenden Finale. Passend zu Austern oder feinen Vorspeisen auf Fischbasis.

Bellavista Franciacorta:

Bellavista was founded in Franciacorta in 1977 by Vittorio Moretti, who decided to turn the small family-owned winery into a company. These first historic vineyards of exceptional quality are located on the Bellavista hill, named after its beautiful location. From there you can see Lake Iseo and the entire Po Valley as far as the Alps. The vines, which are on average 25 years old, are cultivated using the Guyot system.
