Vinification:

Carefully selected Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. At least a quarter of the wine is aged for seven months in small oak barrels. It is then left to rest on the lees for 48 months.

Tasting note:

Delicate bubbles carry aromas of citrus fruits, white peach and subtle hints of brioche. The structure is precise and well-balanced, with fresh acidity, an elegant texture and a clean, lingering finish. Ideal with oysters or delicate fish-based starters.

Bellavista Franciacorta:

Bellavista was founded in Franciacorta in 1977 by Vittorio Moretti, who decided to turn the small family-owned winery into a company. These first historic vineyards of exceptional quality are located on the Bellavista hill, named after its beautiful location. From there you can see Lake Iseo and the entire Po Valley as far as the Alps. The vines, which are on average 25 years old, are cultivated using the Guyot system.
