Vinification:

Sorgfältig ausgewählte Chardonnay- und Pinot-Noir-Trauben. Mindestens ein Viertel des Weins reift sieben Monate in kleinen Eichenfässern. Anschließend ruht er 48 Monate auf der Hefe.

Tasting note:

Delicate bubbles carry aromas of citrus fruits, white peach and subtle hints of brioche. The structure is precise and well-balanced, with fresh acidity, an elegant texture and a clean, lingering finish. Ideal with oysters or delicate fish-based starters.

Bellavista Franciacorta:

Bellavista was founded in Franciacorta in 1977 by Vittorio Moretti, who decided to turn the small family-owned winery into a company. These first historic vineyards of exceptional quality are located on the Bellavista hill, named after its beautiful location. From there you can see Lake Iseo and the entire Po Valley as far as the Alps. The vines, which are on average 25 years old, are cultivated using the Guyot system.
