In stock
75 cl
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir
Vinification:
The first fermentation takes place partly in barriques and in stainless steel. The second fermentation takes place classically in the bottle, as intended for Trentodoc. The wine then matures on the yeasts for at least 48 months to achieve an elegance that is only possible with this noble method. The dosage is minimal so as not to impair the natural characteristics that result from the extremely favourable environmental conditions in Trentino, the long ageing period and particularly careful, artisanal processing.
Tasting note:
Delicately rosé-coloured, vibrant and brilliantly luminous. The flavour is stimulating and extremely individual, capturing the essence of refined and modern femininity: resolute and irresistible. A bouquet that is unique in its kind. The wine is given sufficient time to mature so that it can offer a world-class flavour to the most demanding palates.
Cantina Endrizzi:
Cantina Endrizzi is one of the oldest wineries in Trentino. Winegrowers in the fifth generation, the Endrici family ("Endrizzi" in the local dialect) has always remained true to one principle: the entrepreneurial spirit. Each new generation has succeeded in developing Cantina Endrizzi further and further. Francesco and Angelo, the founders of the winery, introduced the Cabernet and Merlot grape varieties to Trentino. Today, they form the basis for the Masetto wine as well as for the traditional Teroldego and Lagrein wines.
Francesco's successors were his son Romano, who even served as president of the province of Trento, and his grandson Franco, at the time an influential chairman of the Trentino winegrowing committee, the Comitato Vitivinicolo Trentino. Today, the winery is run by the fourth and fifth generations, Paolo and Christine and their daughter Lisa Maria and son Daniele. With experience and new ideas, they take care of every aspect of the winery: renewal of the product, communication and marketing, architecture and environmentally conscious cultivation.
